Cranberry Relish

1 bag of cranberries (approximately 12 oz)
2 oranges, 1 peeled, 1 unpeeled
3 large red apples (cored and seeded)
(1 envelope gelatin dissolved in ¼ cup cold water)
1.5 to 2 cups of sugar (to taste)

Chop all ingredients in a food processor. 
It's best refrigerated and set overnight.  Enjoy!
