San Francisco Chicken

serves about 4

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
italian flavored bread crumbs
garlic
butter
lemon juice

 

Beat the chicken flat and thin, to about 1/4 inch.
Ccut into 3 - 4 strips per breast.
In flat bowl, melt about 1/2 cup butter(real butter is best) with 1/2 tsp chopped garlic.
Dip chicken im melted butter, then in the bread crumbs.
Place on flat greased baking panand bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
When the chicken is done, sprinkle each piece with lemon juice (maybe one squeeze per piece). serve with whatever you like...
