9 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
white wine (rhine works best)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 of a (l lb 4 oz) pkg vermicilli or thin sphaghetti
Brown bacon till crisp, add mushrooms and saute.
Add about 3 T wine, keep mixture warm. cook spaghetti about 7 min.
Drain, and put in serving bowl.
Mix in eggs rapidly tossing vigorously to make sure spaghetti is evenly coated.
Add bacon mushroon to spaghetti. Toss!
Add grated parmesan cheese and toss again.
Serve asap with additional parmesan cheese.
